What's your guys thoughts on Big Ramy and the drastic size drop since his hop on stage at over 300 pounds at Mr O a few months back? I can't believe the difference in size he is now.

Think when he gets that balance they looking for he should beat Phil. But haven't seen the size drop... What is he weighing now?

Have you got any pics of his size drop? This is the first thing I have heard about this. I know that Chris Aceto want him to drop like 20lb (contest weight)

He must be giving his body a good break before hitting 2016.
We'll have to wait and see. :woohoo:

I don't think he will ever win the Mr O but I do think he will look better and more proportioned if he drops size and focusses on detail and conditioning

I honestly don't know if such excessive breaks are really worth it. Not just from drugs, but from exercise also? He looked really good at the Prague show. IMHO he should've placed 1st, with Dexter 2nd. I think Rowden and Branch are falling off.

Cedric McMullen FTW though, highly underrated. Also if Artemis Dolgen doesn't take Classic Physique in 2016 something is wrong, unless Sadik changes his proportions, last vid I saw of Sadik he was still looking swole AF.

Look at the pic Schmidt posted .. that is crazy just a few months out of Mr O. I wonder if his doctor told him he has to go completely clean, maybe his body is packing up

pump, the flip side is that perhaps he is making sure that, at a young age, he does not get hit with all the health issues associated with pro bodybuilders. I mean he might only be like 4 years younger than Heath, but his training career is a lot shorter for sure. For sure he achieved a lot in short period, how much is his genes and how much sports vitamins we can only speculate.

Shoe that's one hardcore picture. . And yes you right. . It's just so difficult for those (me) without the genetics to grow and here is halving the size of his legs and be able to grow them that quick for next year is just beyond my minds understanding

I've *heard* he has a gene disorder that causes myostatin problems, hence Ramy rising so quickly and other members of the Elssbiay family being massive without even lifting.

Wow thanks for the kind words mate. We're all on the same team in the end :D You've also been vocal the last year, even things like logs help, more anecdotes = more shared experience.

TBQO I'm probably guilty of not following up on some of my posts / advice hahaha! Forgive me.
