I was at Fourways life the other day and noticed a sign up stating that they require proof that you need needles to administer medication and will not sell you needles without proof in the form of a script or a letter from a Dr etc. Something to that effect at least.
Not sure how many other hospital dispensaries have the same or similar rules.
