I am quite certain that the Lancet at Sandton Mediclinic needs to be open 24/7, I think they were even open on xmas - so they should be able to assist you on the 1st.

Perhaps just give your closest lancet a call and find out.

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

Hi Rhino, good to see you back here if I could get your advice.

If one was finishing a cycle and planning to get back on after a short break is it worth doing a pct and starting to recover only to be shut down again soon how do you go about things, remember seeing you sometimes on for long periods and manage to recover?

Doing a full pct and taking at least 3 months off would always be the safest option. Having said that if you're going to jump straight back on a pct would put your body under more strain than running a TRT dose for a good couple of months.
Remember though I'm 36 now and done breeding so fertility isn't a factor for me and I have bloodwork done regularly.

I'm currently at the same cross roads Bud. I'm due to start PCT in 2 weeks but TRT is sounding appealing at the moment so I'm going for blood work to help make my mind up.
It's a lifetime decision so shouldn't be taken lightly

I've been luck running long cycles and recovering but not everyone is the same, a mate of mine ran only one longish cycle and now 4 months later still has zero test so we don't all recover equally.

Gains aside I seem to generally operate better with more test in my system which makes it tempting got a lot going on this coming year so wanted to be on top of it all aswell as make some serious progress in the gym. Thanks for the sound advice think I must do bloods more often been slack with that and take it from there I know its random but the freezing swimmers might be a option for me just to be safe. So long as I'm still recovering I reckon i will hold off going on permanent. I also don't know enough about going on permanent which I would have to improve on before making that call.

Freezing swimmers mean IVF in the future and not all women will be open to that, when they could just find someone else to do it naturally for them...
Never mind the cost.
