I noticed this last week already. You can clearly see some have lost weight and it kinda feels great in a way considering my gym partner and I have been on cycle for a month now so we are lifting nice and heavy and looking better and bigger than before.

I guess breaking PR's is fantastic as well, I recently started deadlifting just over double my bodyweight! :woohoo:
However as soon as those gym specials start appearing, it will be a nightmare to train for a while - waiting forever to use any bench, squat rack or machine. :(

For some Abs are made with lighting & angles... For others they are made in the kitchen.

MY gym was so full yesterday it was a joke ... My blood pressure (more like anger kicks in) so hard... I hate a busy gym

Invisible lat syndrome is a serious condition, most sufferers don't realise till it's too late. :P

VA cradlestone was extra full because of the roof that caved in at key west and for some reason every one in the gym was busy doing chest so i had to do a different body part

Haha i have had my fair chare of kak at cedar or actually at minx haha

But yeah thats actually awesome to know we go to the same gym , but my gym time has changed now i go to gym @ 2pm right before school comes out when i have the gym to my self
