Total of 50kgs lost in 3 years any advice from experienced members on how to adapt my training approach going forwards would be appreciated I am now no longer allowed to perform squats leg press or deadlines I have four weeks of recovery to go before I can lift again
Am currently walking for 45 min early morning fasted at generally average about 5km in that 45mins
I am taking 150mg deca 250mg sustanon per week and 20mg anavar and 40mg proviron ed to try and stay anabolic although I have lost my appetite and struggling to get past 2000cals per day
