Just want to show off improvement over past 20 months was created by Triton

Hello all just want to show all my progress the past 20 months started at 126 kg at >40% fat and last photograph at 96 kg at approximately 14 % fat. I now started to bulk for 2 to 3 months and see how my body reacts to it.

Maybe i should post mine, as Oupa wanted to see mine....but im embarrassed how i used to look a couple of months back. But i would love to show the progress i made.
