Ok, i finally manned up and posted my progress. But let me start off by saying the only reason i found this site was because i was told to take Tren it was in November and i ran it for 3 weeks and i stopped due to the information supplied by you guys. I lost a lot of weight, then went on Holiday December till Jan 22nd And started a proper cycle once i got all the help from you guys.

Constructive criticism would be fantastic, sorry about the last photo taken it was taken exactly a month ago in the beginning of April and my son took it so the quality is a bit bad. But his all i got in my life to take shots.

(Guys i still need help with my arms and chest.....any advice you could give. My cycle ends 15th of June, So i want to go balls to the wallz. Please i desperately would like some help as i have asked plenty and just got mixed answers.)

And i look much better now than in the final pic

Im going to say 5 months and not add December and Jan when i was on vacation and i went overseas for work for 3 weeks during my cycle and never trained.

Nice worK buddy, well done.

As for chest and arms, genes are a big factor
Try more heavy compound movements than isolation. Imo.
You will get many opinions on that.

@Rooi Bul, Thanks bro....yeah bro has been a hectic heavy and dedicated few months....Is it also normal for me to be extremely weak in my arms. I seriously struggle with even light weights :( How on earth do i get better? The rest of my body i have gotten extremely strong... But arms like nothing hahahah.

Give it time Bud.
Really focus and concentrate while you train focus on perfect form and technique heavy weights come over time and really focus on your diet you should make decent progress in your first few years of training.

You do not always have anabolics but you always have food so make the most out of every meal and research pre and post training meals and timing...

It is on you. It always has been...

@Rooi Bul, LoL at i should make progress in the first few years. Dude i can't sustain what im doing now for a few more years. I dont think i will ever quit, i really enjoy it a lot now. But holy crap sticks its hard work man! I respect you guys that have been doing this for years! I think i will cut down a lot more on the training come the end of this year. And as you say then just keep a clean diet and sustain some good training.

Question, once im off my cycle will i lose any of my weight and muscle gained. Because some dude told me i will lose 70-90% if that's the case whats the point? Does not sound right, correct.

And if i would lose i understand its very possible it should be minimum i would think on my part....right?

Hahaha. You should've red pilled yourself on post cycle the same time you started reading up. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news mate, but you we'll loose gains. The amount will depend on a couple of factors, most importantly:
1) How fast your hormones get to their normal levels while minimising estrogen rebound. So this means PCT drugs, timely HCG use, anti-estrogen drugs on hand.
2) Diet. Sounds cliché, and total bro, but that mass won't sustain it self-catering from air. This was always my weakness. If I remember correctly I discussed it with PsyClown in his thread some time back.
3) Training intensity, the muscles need a big enough stimulus for a reason to be there.

I'm purposely not giving an estimated percentage of gains retained, because that would be a dishonest guess.
