It's so said. I had just met Marco a few months ago. Great man, humble. I spoke to him after his surgery at Unitas, man its just unbelievable that he's gone.

Ja kidneys are not something to play with.. Once they start clutching out you land up in this infinit loop, by blood pressure going through the roof, more blood pressure meds, more kidney strain and less effective, so it's so difficult having to balance blood pressure once the kidneys are damaged and then they just start slipping away as the blood pressure continues to stay high.
