I wake up at 3:45 am to be at the gym at 4:15 till then gym. I usually eat my oats and egg white at 7. But between 8 and 9 am I can't keep my eyes open. Caffeine does not help. My bed time is arround 9pm.
Does anyone have any advice how to stay awake between 8 and 9 am?
Thnx

Thx for the feedback. Will have a look at the amount I am getting. Don't want to get soppy, but my wife just had cancer so there was not time.

Then the cortisol from your over stimulated adrenals could play a part too. That ordeal has probably put immense strain on your body. All the best. PS, hitting coffe is only going to make things worse. You need to back off and give your CNS some time to settle.
