tren, immune system, advice...... was created by Wayne
hey guys! hope the new year is treating you all well.

Got a bit of an issue and need some advice please. Well, you know I said in previous posts, that I used tren last year and wouldnt use it again....anyways, December was my Bday month and I received a gift....tren, prop and equipoise...too good to pass up...so I went for it. Just one bottle of each, so 3 weeks of the tren and prop every 2nd day 1ml each, last pin was this past sunday. the equipoise 1ml once a week. (all PGW) results thus far, amazing, 6kg added on in 3 weeks with a "shitty" diet...

side effects during - think usual on tren...short breath, extreme lower back pumps, cant even walk...got a little bit of water retention. Blood pressure did go up a little.

back to current, I think I may now have a chest infection, feel a little weak, a little wheezy, sometimes feel my heart pounding over last 2 days...blood pressure this AM was 155/95.

also, during the tren/prop cycle I had a occurrence of the "pinched nerve" issue on my back, did dry cupping and self medicated with voltaren tabs and pretnizone for 3 days(doctor prescribed to me last time around so did same...) it helped.

so....question, do I ride this out or go to a doc...I cant go to doc I used to go to cos he was dead set against any steroid use, and if I go to another doc I dont want to bring up the steroid use...(my wife is currently going to this doc for her pregnancy checkups)....last time I tried to ride out chest infection and think I trained too soon too, I ended up with a bit of pneumonia.

Also do I continue with the equipoise?

If it helps/matters, this is also the supplements I have been using: whey, jack3d, nana vapour, arthrochoice, garlic capsules, milk thistle, nephrosolid, vit c (also blood pressure med - Zartan 50mg) Also occasionally using alzam (xanax) for anxiety (Tren fuks me up solid here)

any advice will be much appreciated...

Sorry....think I am extremely anxious and babbling off....Tren is not for me...messes my mind up.
I did go to the doc, on antibiotics, azithromysn 500 i think it is. Refused voltaren jab and other anti-inflams.

I guess I am a little worried about my kidneys strain and ending up with pneumonia again then losing all these wonderful gains...but what I think I really need to know is, do i continue with the equipoise shots(would have been due for another jab tomorrow) now that I am on medication? or should I stop everything? Also, should I increase my Zartan dose to 100mg cos BP is high?

1) Anxiety prone people like myself (stay away from Tren or high doses of EQ).

2) Anti inflams cause the body to hold water, which in essence causing the kidneys to struggle as their job is to get rid of water.

3) Continue with the EQ, but stay away from gym until your chest is fine. Anxiety will take awhile to settle even after stopping the hormones.

4) Increasing blood pressure medication is not advised as there is many different blood pressure medications that work by doing different things. Zartan targets the angiotensin II receptor, maybe you need something that targets the B2A receptor, or an ACE inhibitor... Think why is your blood pressure higher? Are you holding water? Is it estrogen related? Your blood pressure is not dangerously high, just high.. So let the tren get out your system, and let your body balance out..

thank you kind sir, as always your wealth of knowledge is most appreciated.

1) yes, for sure, I see that, I have extreme moments of rage then depression then terribly anxious...was using tren ace...last pin was past sunday, hope the anxiety doesnt last too much longer...is it ok to continue with the alzam...like to take alzam with a cup of camomile tea..(at night, mostly)

2) I remembered you saying that anti-inflams are not good for kidneys in one of your prior posts hence I refused taking them at the doc today since pain is bearable...here, once again, thank you for that, always learning something from you.

3) will do...hopefully hit the weights by next Monday with some luck..

4) thank you, pressure at the doc was 160/90...will not increase dose as you say..as with the receptors that the diff BP meds target...Sorry, I am a dumbass here and have no clue as to what you mean...I just know or think I know Zartan is supposedly easy on the kidneys hence I was put on that one was my assumption..The previous doc I used to see prescribed Zartan to me, he was very good, but absolutely against steroid use of any kind hence we kinda had a small fall out and I prefer not to go to him cos I still did/will use steroids at minimal doses when/if I can...

I dunno...lol, kinda emotional now(screamed the crap outta my wife just now cos I couldnt get hold of her-with both previous kids, premature births so always on edge with this one, feel like depressed now for shouting at her)...but also on a positive pretty chuffed with myself, started lifting weights some 15+ years ago as a 56kg scrawny kid at 1.7m tall...stood on the scale the other day and tipped in at 93kg...but not lean...not functional..I think my ideal would be 85kg lean...

You can take the anti anxiety yes, that will probably drop your blood pressure. The anxiety could be a big trigger for the blood pressure too. What I'm saying about the BP meds is that each BP med targets or does something different to regulate BP. So increasing Zartan doesn't mean your BP will go down well, Zartan stacks well with other medication but I'm not sure you need other BP meds right now. Try the anti anxiety and see if it goes down. BP is always higher at the doctors rooms. Through 160 is a bit high but the one to worry about is the bottom number which is 90 and that is a safe reading. Also BP is higher in the evening, it increases after training and with a hot bath, and testing when you think it's high will push it up while you testing. So calm down and get rid of the anxiety, take control of your thoughts, anxiety exists when you not in control of your thoughts / body. Test your BP again 30 min after the anti anxiety and let's see if it's down. The tren will still be effecting your BP even though you stopped it on Sunday. It will take time to come down so give your body another week and let's see if it comes down at all.
