Good morning

I have a tv (hd) connected to my Dstv explora. In the next room I have another tv (not hd) how do I connect my dstv to the second tv do I connect it via my explora or main tv?

Sounds like you don't have a second decoder?

You will have to get a splitter, connect via TV and they will be watching the same channel.

Why not get a cheaper single view decoder and then connect that via the explora and have extra view activated. That way the TV's can watch different channels at the same time.

Not sure what the cost is for extra view anymore, but back when I had to pay for it it was around R60

not sure if I can punt a online provider (TV channels wise)

I have a contact it costs me R200pm and I have unlimited channels you just need a smart device\TV connected to the net

Every sport, movie, series, documentary and so on that you can think of

Tiger, this is a simple one: since you have an Explora and the second TV is only SD you just need to connect a standard coaxial cable to the RF OUT on the decoder and connect that to a "TV-LINK EYE" made by Ellies at the second tv's end, this contraption will then plug into the antenna input of the second tv and will also transmit the remote signal back to the decoder in order for you to change channels.
