IronHeart wrote: Ok so on the nutrition tracker I also noticed that there is no remove button, I am busy with it and it should be online by today. -Awesome
Im not sure what you mean with this : How can I add "manual" quantities for ex protein and carbs
The training program edit, thats a mistake on my part, it will be fixed by today. -If for example I eat 100g of baby turtle, and it is not on your list, then I can specify how much protein etc is in there
Ok so the theory behind the training program :
A training program consists of training days.
Training days consists of training sessions (morning session, evening session)
A training session consists of exercises. -Lekker that makes sense
With regards to foods that are not on the list, currently a query would be logged to add it but I am open to suggestion, here is the one scenario I can think of :
1.Give the user the rights to add their own food items, the only problem with this is if they use it as part of a recipe other users can see it so Im a bit scared to do it in case they load false info.
It would be great if I can get a few suggestions on the food items - I hear what you say and I agree. Maybe you can create another thread for suggestions. I use 3d Nutrition whey, and it isn't on the list. So I can then go to the thread and put the name and information there. You can then verify if it is correct, and add it to your list.
