Yup he now ties Arnold for 7 in a row. Not enough competition for him to be beaten easily. I watched every piece of the Olympia. Well good for Heath, I've never been his biggest fan but he doesn't seem to be out classed by anyone just yet.

There has been a huge stink with ifbb international and the npc for the results of the overalls of the amateur olympia. One of the foreign guys won the devision and looked horrendous. So there the ifbb have suspended the npc or something to that degree.

What more do you think Ramy could have done to topple him?

condition and detail. They don't call him conditioned Ramy, so he needs to give up the move for being big on stage, he needs to dial in that lower body condition. if you look at those rear shots, phils hams and glutes are super shredded, where as ramy isnt detailed in the hams enough. from the front you aren't seeing the separation and detail like you are in phils quads. Phil just brings a very detailed 3d look that ramy doesn't have.

What he said :) those are the exact things I noticed. But I do think Phil is reaching the end of his spectrum. I believe there is only so far you can push it before you start to over do it. And this is exactly what I've seen from all the rock stars.
