Hi
During my teenage years I had lumps on my nipples, they took time to heal and they were painful. Which is normal for some guys especially in their puberty.
My issue Is, ever since that skin stretched it never went back.
But when ever I get cold, the nipples would shrink back to normal but when I'm not they go back.
I don't feel any lumps inside and it's not painful or anything.
Has anyone ever experienced this?
Must I consider surgery?
Anyone knows any Dr's with experience that I can consult?
It bothers me,I feel self conscience when ever I have to take of my shirt. Sometimes i see it when I'm wearing T shirts.
