You ask a pathologist for a favour. Why would you need it done anonymously?

Basically, without my medical aid and insurance catching wind that I'm fiddling with gear.

There will always be a paper trail unless you have fake ID documents. You can go to Lancet and request bloods without the need of a Dr. If you had to die I would have no idea if they could legally get your records or even if they did and found increased testosterone levels have some major issue. You are not testing for specific 'drugs / medication', just levels.
