What drugs? Have you tried Valdoxan? Used Gabatropin?

I have used Valdoxan on Pumps advice and it really sorted out my sleep patterns.

It is on you. It always has been...

You can try phenibut as well, won't knock you out but certainly makes you feel like you want to and can sleep, atleast 1g per day, 4-5 hours before bedtime(takes a while to kick in)

Sleep quality is decent and you don't feel like trash when waking up.
Also,

If you're not getting pharm grade Melatonin, it's most likely garbage. Some medical aids cover it under prescription and it definitely helps. 2mg slow release Carcadin.

I’d be careful with Phenibut... at 1g per day, you’ll probably feel terrible when waking up, and due to the long half life you’ll feel like that for most of the day. Also, daily dosing with Phenibut will quickly lead to tolerance buildup, and the withdrawal will be literal hell.
