People that don't pack there weights away also sucks

With that I have no problem but u get idiots that are definitely not doing supersets....they are just in the way...Im talking about guys that weigh 130kg's and have spare tyres for belly's...they not doin supersets thats for sure..

^^^^ when ONE person manages to leave that many barbells lying around after doing curls in the squat rack and its not even half of what he left.. so annoying..

guys trying to bench to heavy and forget to put the twins on when the weaker arm fail there goes the plates and the spotter, taking off all the plates at one sie on the bench press = slingshot or broken arm funny stuff.

Captin : we need to access weight we going down !

Well last night was a real ticker. Some guy had the shits in the gym while I was there. When I am busy with my sets this foul smell comes through and then I just drop the weights.

noobs in the gym...doing "shoulder press" or something that is supposed to look like shoulder press with seriously too heavy weights....and clanking them everytime they reach the top...as if just to make sure that everybody knows he pushed the weight up....

Haha gotta agree with that.. Distraction techniques! My gym partner is terrible though haha, if he see's something he likes regardless of spotting for me he's like blood hound haha..

Another thing I really don't like is people coming into gym after smoking, that really ticks me off. I smoked for a while and don't anymore but even when I did I would make sure I didn't make the guy doing squats want to hurl from the smell of my smoke on me!

U are all gonna laugh at me but I curl in the squat rack,mostly cos at the time I am at gym all the students have taken all the premade weight bars and I like to curl with the olympic bar,find it more comfortable than those thin little guys...also using bigger plates...

What pisses me off is lately there has been an influx of lighties into our gym, and all from WESTVILLE boys high...i reckon about 80% of them are on the juice... fuckin scary! Ive found the oke in my gym who is supplying them as well and he is in fuckin high school too!!!

If theres any suggestions please let me know what i should do.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Thats a good idea, coz at the end of the day he is the one that is causing the prob and making the issue that is currently happening. I might get one of the bigger lads in the gym to tune him. I will try get ahold of his parents just need to find out how..

I hate to think what this oke is telling them to take.... prob 12 week d-bol cycles, with naps to frontload. haha.

Suppose best thing to do is to chat to him.... but these lighties are usually full of attitude so a puss klap might be better...haha

Yeah Stu i think thats whats happening coz most of them are bloated as can be...Ill have a chat to him and see what he says if he gives me attitude i will bust him.

Its not a VA Chapel its a very small gym, a lot of the westville boys students live in the area though. Ill speak to the owner as well but the funny thing is his son who is 19 is taking juice as well so ja hahahaha..
