If its the dude on the motorbike bike one then yes. According to the one guy that works with me, he's been there twice.

He's very confident of his story and wanted to take me plenty time but i'm a bit of a pussy when it comes to stuff like that. I haven't even watched Paronormal Activity yet.

As I understand it its anytime. But you must stand at the top of the exact street and flash your lights.

I'll hear by him tomorrow but I'm sure there also a website somewhere where you can get the details.

Just a side note, the Uniondale ghost isn't haunting there anymore because the guy who was riding the motorcycle passed away so she's not looking for him anymore.
