Maybe nie sponsor, kinders kry deesdae vrek baie geld , veral in ryk areas. Op R3000 'n maand sakgeld kan jy baie bekostig, want jy het geen uitgawes nie.

I wonder if the children really do get educated? I think most of the coaches dont even know anything about proper nutrition, how are they supposed to teach the children that they can get further by just eating the right stuff when they themselves are old school most of the time.

This is something that I've always disliked, highschool, rugby and roids TOGETHER.
I spoke to a laaitjie last week, he's 16 and weighs 81kg, if he doesn't weigh 97kg in 8 months he loses his bursary and has to go to another school... Come on, and now you ask why they use roids. Its very very sad, roids are heavily frowned upon, yet without them you wouldn't have action movies, WWE, rugby, olympics, etc... I never advocate roid use, but I'm just pointing out some truths here.
Anyway, this laaitjie knows he can't pick up 16Kg (naturally), and does not want to use roids, and another local school knows his predicament and already offered him a bursary.
A few of my friends did juice on school, I'm taller than all of them now @ 1.78m, don't have purple acne scars across my whole body, OR a beer boep. Neither did I get into fights twice a week (sometimes with grownups  ).
Lets start a steroid education and abuse support foundation :)
Peace out B)

I hate anyone under than age of at least 18 using gear. Yes we promote 21, but the youngest would be 18. Even at 18 to find a person with their head screwed on right.. As they say, youth is wasted on the young.

As N3rd said, when you jump straight into gear you will not bother about learning how to train and eat correctly and all the other grey areas (rest, etc).

I blame coaching staff too...

What the fuck i don't believe this article , if you wanna get big then just train hard and diet hard and have sufficient rest periods then you'll be fine.Steroids and supplements is just bullshit as a single thing to take to get bigger.

You guys might think I'm crazy, but i know how to achieve greatness.
