Maybe some of you guys will actually start to listen to what I said, and take his advice with a pinch of salt.

He's person non grata on the steroids.com forums, they even made a sticky dedicated to flaming him :ohmy: but he does know what he's talking about when it comes to spinach

I think that he's too open about steroid use and steroids.I mean his website was seized by the US marshals when i ran a search for his website on Google this morning.

I dont think thats the case, otherwise US sites like steroids.com would no longer exist. And as far as I know he's never used gear before

Pumped was right about 1 of his sites. CHeck it out -
