Hey guys,

This is a just a suggestion/plea to change the header on the website.

First of all I think this website is very informative. I don't know about all of you but I use AS at work during my spare time, instead of playing solitaire. It' way more informative and gets me motivated for my gy session at 5pm. Plus who cares what your high score in Solitaire is? FAIL!

But every time I click on a post/thread I get the lovely stack of steroid filled vials and the words "anabolicsteroids.co.za" glaring back at me. The logo at the top is fine because its not "in your face."

Just don't want work colleagues walking past my desk and saying "oh, what's that website about... hmmmmmm STEROIDS!" and we all know the lovely stigma that goes with that.
Plus I don't want to even try start to explain to these mere mortals that its not all about steroids but nutritional facts, training and tool to aid me in my lifestyle... because I will most likely be stopped in mid sentence with "I'm suuuuure it is!;)" and then I'll have to punch a staff member and I really don't want to do that because the people here are nice!lol! So lets keep the peace and change the header banner please :)

lol!

Than you'll be accused of having roid rage!

Not a bad suggestion Skyth. I myself have been on the receiving end of some idiot's remarks after seeing my screen so I can relate to where you're coming from.

Peace...

I think that is asking a little too much.

Just block images from this website in your browser and you will have no such problems.

BTW: Early 2011 we will have a new website and it will actually contain proper steroid info, not only a forum.

When i go onto this website, well im in my own room or office so people cant look at my screen and i just fold my laptop screen down if someone comes in.I don't know why but some people are just jealous in my opinion about steroid users.I mean we gain muscle and they think that all we do is just take roids and then magically get big.NO NO NO is doesn't work like that we put our passion into this sport eg.Diet ,training, cooking drinking enough water and there are many other things that we sacrifice to get our bodies looking the wat they are not just because we take steroids.

You guys might think I'm crazy, but i know how to achieve greatness.

Hi bro, yes that's probably going to be the first place I update. We need cycles based on products we use and also dosages based on that of common products.

@Skyth: Please use the RSS feeds if you would like to follow what is happening on the site without 'physically' being on the site. This way you wouldn't need to worry about things like the banner. I use it and then I just pop on if I want to make a reply.

@admin: Yay, now we can publish my hypertension article ;) I must spend time writing up on other things, maybe my next article will be on Gyno.

Just a thought, but how about a more mobile friendly version of as.co.za. It works fine on Opera Mini, just thought of a more simplified version like the rss feed but with the added ability to post and start threads?

Never feel sorry for yourself... Even if you're training hard, he might be training twice as hard. You just gotta keep coming back stronger.

Good advice, I forgot about the RSS even though I use it daily.

Those articles will be very welcome... thanks.

I've been looking into that for quite some time now. The problem is not getting the site to become mobile friendly, but rather the different components installed on this website.

Eg. To make the site mobile friendly I code a new template that will display on phones only, but then I also need a new template for the Gallery, Download section, FAQ and hardest of all the Forum. So one change will affect the entire website design.

I will check the log and as soon as mobile users increase to a more practical number I will have those templates designed.

Look at the bottom right corner of the screen. It is the standard RSS feed logo. Google RSS feeds and how they work.

If you have a droid or any smart phone you can setup to pull RSS feeds or you can just use Outlook and Click on RSS feeds add a new feed and fill in the URL described by clicking on the logo below.

Hrm, I'm more than certain he will, how would the new site / framework integrate the data if it uses different table layout, etc.

Also what are you trying to imply when you say you might find some readily available plugins? Plugins for what?

Going to Joomla 1.6 as the RC1 was released today.

Will have to code some migration script to port members over from the old site to the new one. Unless someone on the net develops one soon. (And I'm sure they will)
