Here is a nice contraversial Debate was created by Trensetta

Okay everybody know that there has always been the controversy between genetics and juice. can juice overcome poor genetics or do we rely on genetics for the foundations for supreme physiques. . .or is the foundation for supreme physiques masked by genetics but in fact is a gear cover up. c'mon guys just a bit of a fun debate. need some for's and against's. just a bit of fun

yes agreed but now what happens to the guy with flawed genetics. . .example small frame or asymmetrical upper body to lower body. does he now lose out on the great physique or can it be changed through just hard work and gear???? i am neutral to this so i believe in genetics but i also believe that a person can work his balls off and achieve that great physique but its interesting to see what others think.:whistle:

I think hard work is the key and it also depends on what your view of a great physique is.

Jiuce will speed up the process for sure but it comes back to what goat said, a combination of jiuce and hard work will definately show great results.

To answer your question though, i do believe some guys are genetically more suitable for BB than others. Look @ Jay when he was 15, he was a monster of a boy, no doubt that has something to do with his rain now.

Guys with lesser great genes have to work much harder.

awesome stuff. . .okay but here is another one thats a bit interesting. . .look at john leslie. . .he was t.i.n.y. when he was in school and he just expanded all of a sudden a couple of years ago. his initial frame and musculature was small by nature but now he is a fairly large chappy. from a genetic stand point i think he was relatively flawed. . .like you say though hard work. . .i reckon it comes down to hard work and persistence too.

Let me add my 2c.

I agree with most of you in that without awesome genetics you won't win Mr.O but you can still take a provincial or maybe an SA title if you spend the money.

Juice, HGH, Insulin + somebody who knows how to apply all these effectively can make all your dreams come true.

Smaller guys can alter their physique drastically on the juice. Naturally thicker guys get bigger and thicker, but a thin small guy with good muscle bellies can alter his structure dramatically in a couple of cycles

Maybe with the GH and IGF - at least thats the biggest advantage you will have - but underneath all that you need a solid frame/structure. And not everyone is equiped with the organs to support all this either. How you metabolize food etc etc.
Great genetics include all that, not just muscle mass and shape.
How is Jay Cutlers daily routine? He sleeps 4 hours at the MOST! Was already the freak in school etc.

If GH was more cost effective, i think most of us would be on it all the time!!
Its something i really want to try, but the financial implications make it dam hard!!

Just a warning I would like you all to share. There is no proof but everyone I spoke to that has suffered GH sides agree with this.

The heart is a muscle too and GH causes it to grow (very dangerous). Go get yourself a X-Ray done and ask the radiologist to let you know if your heart is of normal size.

After a year of GH go get this checked again. If you notice an increase, stay clear of it. I would also check for cancer cells once a year if using this product.

You will find 1 professor saying GH can cause cancer another saying it doesn't due to not enough evidence or case studies. Do depend on their judgement and keep an eye on your own health.

(Yes I know this was off topic, but just concerned for all your guys health and safety)

i agree with this. 100%.

if we take a look at something else as bb, look at pierre spies. he takes the same stuff as most other players but because of superior genes he is just that "little" bit better off.

same with strongmen, powerlifters and weightlifters. you can get very far with hard hard HARD work and juice but the champs will always be the guys with the genetic edge.

but then you can only do it in minimal doses of up to 1iu per day...no way your medical aid will pay for using 5iu and more per day!

true dat pump, but i have a friend that doesnt have a savings option on his medical aid (not sure how thats structured) and he pays about R25 pm for nordi. but then he can only used whats subscribed by the doc which is 1iu per day

hey i'd rather it come out of my medical aid savings then my savings. . .shit i harldy use my medical aid besides trips to the chiro every now and then. even my lancet tests i pay cash for. it might as well go to some good use.
