So i've heard from some guys at the gym (usually the ones trying to lose weight) that they train without drinking water, because this helps them burn fat?
My jaw just dropped, cos that sounds like crazy shit.
My thoughts on this is seeing as every chemical reaction in your body take place in water based medium, having enough water around actually aid this process, Fat-burning, Protein synthesis,etc.
Now is there some form of research that indicated training with out water burns fat? This guy claims he did his research on it.
Please tell me his wrong. LOL
