Howsit guys...
I would just like to introduce myself...
My forum name is YS... im a student and I'm from pretoria, I am 21 years old.

I am really interested in the art of sculpting one's muscles and I want to get Biiig!!!
I walk around at about 70kg and im 1.8m tall.... I think my ideal weight is around 80kg and then I want to be ripped:evil:

I saw that there is a guy called DJ (I think) on here that helps with diets? As I really want to take this seriously and I need any help I can find .

Please guys, any help would be appriciated ... looking forward to hearing from you...

yup i did and have been replying... and yes,not at beck and call,i do have other things to do daily but do get back to guys asap...
