just got home from the gym opening and meeting jay..... holy mother but he is big...!!!!!! you can see he is big from a distance, but up close...... WOW!!!
he's also a SUPER cool guy and well on his way to his 5th mrO this year!

Ps, must say there were a few huge local guys aswell! shitload of test in one room!

jay is just so thick and muscular is mad! the biggest guy i have ever seen in my life before is Guy Shaffer (who was there) and jay was an inch or two shorter and about 5-10kgs heavier than him...it was madness... i looked like an annorexic etheopian swimmer next to him...

what we learnt from the seminar : Marius Dohne is arrogant,and got OWNED big time next to jay,and i think he realised his career as an ifbb pro is just a dream.

hennie kotze is a top notch fella and i wish him the best of luck in his ifbb pro career.
all women want to know about is "marketing"(those who were there will be laughing at this)

jay's favourite cheat meal : carrot cake and ice cream
jay's main food sources : steak,chicken,eggs,rice,sweet potato,grits(mealie meal)and marius dohne.

all in all was a good show,nice to see the guy is quite open and friendly and quite a joker...
