Funny that you mentioned it...I've heard quite a lot about this Flax-seed oil. Regarding to the wrist-straps..I use USN cloves and they already has the straps on them. This "Flax-Seed Oil", can you buy it at like say Pick 'n Pay, or only at a chemist?vega5 wrote: So you're pushing allot more than you're own body weight, nice!
I prefer calcium, a joint support with MSM and Flax seed oil.

remember to only use the wrist straps when you take 'heavy' weights, otherwise your wrists are just going to get weaker and weaker.

im a powerlifter so work with heavy weights thats hard on the joints and cant go on deca because of drug testing. i used all the different "osteo" supplements but this is the only thing that helps.

Allot of joint support supps have that combination. Do you buy that specific one from the vet?
