if you dont get feedback by the end of the day I will bet its because of the effort to go and change that to metric. That requires thinking and its monday...
Also more stats, your diet, age, years traning

Meantime your diet will need attention most probably, read the stickys on that and look at old threats, there is a lot thats is the same as yours

You will have to give more detail on your diet. The DJ will look at it with a spy glass. Give a daily meal plan for example. Also give your body fat %. Lastly you will get some lip about your age as well. Also state how many cycles you have done (hopefully none)

post your diet dude...19 is till a bit young to start a cycle,u can do alot with diet and supplements and training for now, most guys might not take the advice but rather wait a year or 2 before going on a cycle, but that being said if u arent gonna wait a simple test only cycle is the best thing for your to go on,diet and training and cardio will keep your gains lean,BUT i suggest doing this only in 6 months once your diet and training are sorted out.

try listing the raw weights of the food it helps to paint a better picture, but as a general consensus i think you will be advised to pick up the diet for a bit as even if you were older going onto a cycle with that diet would more or less be a waste of your time due to the lack of food in general and not to mention the over all structure, but im no expert and that sort of thing, so i will leave the finer details to be explained by someone else :)

* for example i am only 3kgs heavier than you at roughly the same BF% (think i may have beefed up a bit recently ;) ) and i eat double that a day at the very least. Providing those servings are the normal size for an average male haha

To you it may look like I just did a push-up... But in fact, I just bench-pressed the world.

ok u dont need a cycle my boy, u need to get your nutrition sorted, you arent eating nearly enough calories in a day to grow muscle,1 chicken breast on average is about 100g,thats only 22g of protein dude,u at your weight need to be having 4x your weight in kgs worth of protein to put on decent muscle, even taking gear with a shocking diet like that will just be a waste of time...

I have to agree with DJ not such a big diet expert but you need to eat much more and more ballanced. Secondly you are only 19? you are still growing. Look at your diet first and dont forget your training program ofcourse. What are your goals?

Losing is natures way of telling you, you suck!!!
