Knee pain was created by Tremere
Why is it that after i have exercised my back, the next day my knee hurts? Sometimes it is so bad, that i can barely walk on it. I have read that it might be tight hamstring i dont know. Maybe Spike can shed some light on this please??

If I was you I would consult my GP for some x-rays or a scan to have a look at what it can be. There are so many things that it can be from ligaments, ACL, cartilage damage, posture, fluid retention etc. Best bet would be to have it checked out.

What does your back routine consist of? Describe the pain in more detail.

Freak, i think you overestimate the orthapaedic knowledge of the average GP, go see someone specialised in joints. Also no need to jump straight into a R4000 scan, lets see what we can find out here, and then there are a number of orthopaedic tests that can be done to assist with diagnosis

Well my back routine consist of the following:

3 x pull ups
3 x close grip pull down
3 x mashine row
1 x deadlift
3 x bent over row

The pain is weird. It almost feels if my knee is to weak to support my weight. I will walk and then suddenly BAM, knee cant carry the weight, gives in, i look like a guy with a shorter wooden leg B)

But it is only the day after i do back. Today it is 100% fine though. To be honost, i have KAK posture! Typical "hollow back" with abs bulging out.

hmmm. That weakness and giving way could be quad fatigue, its your quads that hold the knee straight.

Are you maybe overstressing the quads in your routine? What is your split?

Hmmm, thats quite a tricky one. Does it feel like your quads are fatigued? If you were to locate the pain where is it? Within the knee joint, behind patella, below or above patella, on either side of knee?

No quads feel fine bro. I feel it mostly on the outside of the knee.

Generally my hammies is very tight. I always had problems when i run without stretching my hammies alot, then it feels like a tore my quad. A physio once laughed at me because i was so tight, could barely bend or whateva she asked me to do. Back is always stiff etc...

Can be related to hamstrings indirectly, you need to do some extensive stretching then

Will try stretching hammies next week before i do back routine, and see if that maybe helps. Otherwise i will start doing daily stretches and see how that works. Like i said, i had always have some sort of issues with my back. Thanx for the input Spike! Will let you know in next week!
