circus circus in suncoast runs a special whereby they have a 1kg steak, plate of chips and 1Lt coke for R139. if u can finish this in 45 min then it free.

im def gonna give it a try...on cycle at the moment and got one beeg hunger!

sure we got some beeg guys here that will demolish that meal in 45min. can u imagine 10 okes on EQ going there and finishing everything in site! beeg loss for them!

I have only ever seen 2 people do this challenge(and complete in the time period) that would be andrew hudson who then said he felt KAK for about 4 hours after...and then another mate of mine who not only completed it,but still had chocolate brownies and a milk shake cos he didnt have to pay R140 for his dinner....

its a big challenge but good luck... ps there is also a circus circus at gateway that does the same challenge

think the coke will do me in. worried about the kak feeling after but i have my days when i do eat about that much...2 larges pizzas etc and wash it down with about 750ml cooldrink.
will have a hectic gym session and go 2 days after pinning..thats when i eat like a horse.
at the moment im constantly hungry every 1 hour on the hour..dont know wat the hell to do. put on 12kg in 5 weeks. jus trying to eat clean but this hunger is killing me!

then you could be lacking vital macro nutrients bud,you should be feeling hungry between meals but if you meals are too small then you will be doing yourself a dis-service.

I've tried a few of these challenges before from various places, Pizza / Prawns / Steak and the worst was a burger, this thing was so big I can't even explain, I managed just under a half of it, I don't know how they made rolls that big.. I've decided these challenges are best left for crazy people.

Beware it's ELEPHANT steak, heard they had to shoot one of the elephants due to gangerene.

What? steak is beef....how can it be anything else...whoe eats elephants?

Lol i rekon an elephant wouldn't last Jay the year if he only had to eat elephant meat.

theres a game reserve out here that has a burger special. if u can finish 2 burgers with chips in an hour u win something like 24 cases of beer.. i got about 3/4 of the way through 1 my bud weighs about 110kg and he only managed to finish 1... would like to see someone finish one of those specials..
