Cheap chicken???

as you all know eating right can be expensive.does anyone know were you can buy cheap chicken breast in the port elizabeth region?

not to sure in your area but what i do know is that if you go to the chicken farms themselves you get cheap chicken and also cheap eggs.

there must be a chicken farm close to you somewhere!!

guys,it shouldnt be rough,u might battle in the beggining to get the food down,but with time it becomes easier,also guys just remember,herbs,spices,salts,tomato sauce,nando's sauce,mustard,chutney,all in moderate doses can make your life a pleasure when dieting!!
