Taking my supplements on my European trip

Hey guys!

Im leaving for Europe wednesday morning. Im currently taking a variety of sups which i want to take with me. When im saying a variety i mean the following:
1. Liversupport (2 caps/day)
2. Omega 3 (4 softgels/day)
3. Thyroid support (3 caps/day)
4. Vit C (4 tabs/day)
5. Multi Vit & mineral (2 caps/day)
6. Vit B complex (1 cap/day)
7. Green Power (4 tabs/day) Dont eat vegetabls so this is a blend of 7 sea vegetables
8. Nolvadex (2 caps/day going over to 1 cap/day) This is the only grey area:)

Not feeling like taking all the bottles so i made up small packets with the daily sups in a little tupperware bucket. It looks a little suspect seeing all these packets with pills and tabs.

Can i get into shit when i take it over like this even though its very inocent (apart from the nolva maybe)?

Normally when I travel abroad I only take Multi-Vits and Vit C and also a variety of prescription pills and I've never had issues.

I'm not sure if Europe has something similar to the USA's TSA but they do open your bag and check for drugs and stuff and the sniffer dogs do come around to smell.

Depends on how long you're going then you can just pick the stuff up there.

I've been to Charles de Gaulle Paris and Amsterdam Schipol and haven't had any issues with meds and pills.I just kept everything in my hand-luggage..

But to be on the safe side I would leave the Nolvadex.

My port of entry is Charles de Guelle. 2 days later off to Sicili so i would have to go through customs twice apart from Joburg. Maybe its safer to just take the sups in their original container and just put the nolvadex in a empty joint support tub. It just takes up so much space.

They cant exactly lock me up becuase it wont test positive for anything.

Vega i would think the USA is the strictest. Took ages to go through customs there

Shaka i think its safer keeping the stuff in the luggage i check in. I can just see those faces when they unpack my hand luggage and see a tupperware bucket full of pills and tabs packed in little ziplock bags :woohoo:

:lol: The good thing is you're going to Schengen States in Europe.Once you enter France,you might not even go through customs upon reaching Italy.

Lol the sniffer dogs aint gonna smell Nolva ,there trained to find heavy drugs.
If you wanna be extra safe then pack your nolva in your cloths eg.) In your jacket pocket.
But just make sure that the buzzer doesn't go off and then they search you and then find them .

Erm, of course they have Sniffer dogs but not to worry, the packs might not be a good idea and may cause you some problems. Just keep them all in the seperate containers, even the nolva, you won't have a prob with 30 tabs

Well when I went to the UK I took my juice in my suitcase and my bag was searched and they found the juice. All UG stuff they looked at it and put it back said you free to go. Although I did get a doctors note to say I was taking it for a competition, wasn't a prescription tho. They saw the note as well.

Always best to have some kind of proof to back up what u have.

DO NOT try and hide stuff, they WILL find it. period

It's all legit and those dogs like the guys say are trained to smell, cocaine, heroine and the likes

hey, i took a trip to europe a couple of weeks back. big bag of whey along with some multivits and biltong. I had no issues getting in. I would say take it with, these guys have bigger things to worry about that your supplements. Not sure i would take any juice without a note from my doc tho.

I think personal consumption is ok in Europe. How do you get it out is the problem i think.

Thanks for the input guys. I took all the stuff out of the ziplock bags and back into the original containers. It looks better even though i now have a shopping bag full of containers to find a spot for

If you are worried about your Nolva, just put them in an empty vitamin bottle. They will never know the difference.
