i have been reading through tis forum for the last couple of weeks , and i just want to introduce myself

I hve done a couple of cycles in the past ,

This forum looks great , and as i have seen a lot of these guys really know what they are talking about , and know their shit

Looking forward on getting some great advice from you okes , and not anyone out there that claims that they know everything about everything , like i have trusted some dumbh shit heads , well learnt an expensive lesson or 2
