Here is a start of the article, I don't have much time to finish it off right now, however its a good starting point


LDL cholesterol:

Less than 100mg/dL Optimal
100-120 mg/dL Near optimal / less than
130-259 mg/dL Borderline high
160-189 mg/dL High
Greater or equal to 190 mg/dL Very high

Total cholesterol:

Less than 200 mg/dL Desirable
200-239 mg/dL Borderline high
Greater or equal to 240 mg /dL High
HDL Cholesterol

Less than 40 mg/dL Low; high risk factor heart attack
60 mg/dL Considered protective against heart desiese

Natural ways to treat high Cholesterol

Omega 3 fatty acid sups also reduce cholesterol levels. 1 tablespoon per 50pounds
