Can I use Juice

Hi All

Iam a devoted platelette donor for the last 18 months and yes its more than the time that i have taken used any gear. Is it safe to use gear and donate platelettes at the same time..... Maybe for the experienced boerders but all advise would be appreciated .

This would be best answered by a doctor, however your blood wouldn't be the only blood, so no I wouldn't think it would be a problem, and the person would rid of the 'little blood that contains gear' through the liver and kidneys so I wouldn't believe this to be a problem.

I've also been interested in donating blood but I have this same question so if someone can answer this I'd appreciate it.

If u tell them u are using, they wont take your blood in i think. I wouldnt take the chance. havnt we had this q b4? was on donating blood...
If something had to happen to the guy that got ur blood, they could sue u. They ask u in the questionare if u are using any injectables. Lieing could put you in hot water (which would be nice with the fkn cold lately.lol)

Or am i wrong? If they dont ask u that and u answer everything honostly, u should be fine tho..

Romp think you right, however someone would not be getting a blood fusion from 1 source of blood... But if its asked be honest and don't lie if its not then I do not think its such a risk they are worried about or processes would be put in place

This has been asked before and its not safe/wise to donate blood until the steroids have cleared out your system completely. Thsi should be confirmed with a blood panel. Esp if you are a regular donor and your blood has been marked as safe.

Do the right thing and stay away from donating and familiarize yourself with the amount of time the steroids stay in your blood.

You have no idea where and who the blood is for and could be causing serious harm to someone if the blood is used.

I guess Netro has a point, if it's going into a person who has kidney failure the last thing he needs is any extra toxins floating around.

Iam not donating the blood itself. It is the platelets (the white cells) that is used for cancer patients. It help boost the immune system of a cancer patient. The platelets is "drained" from my blood and the "drained" blood is then put back into my system. I havnt been on juice for bout 19 Mnths now but is considering, actually decided to start again. Sorry i didnt give yo guys a better overview but i do get it that it would be a k%k idea. Its sad though as my best friend passed away from cancer and another close friend was just diagnosed with cancer and i try and help as much as i can where i can.

Well in that case, steroids increase red blood as well and white blood cells.. No idea if that is good or bad for the patient..
