don't have a flexed measurement, but I'm 37cm relaxed. 85kg, and 1.8m tall.
so flexed I'd guesstimate it at about 39/40cm, this stats is at Nov 2010.

When you feel like giving up, do two more...

Last time i checked my biceps were 36cms thats when i was 19 im 25 so ja i dunno how big they are im to scared to check just in case they dont meet my expectations hahaha

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

CORRECTION!!! Its 50cm!! Have just measured it now! The 47cm was from last year.
