Genetics play a HUGE role in Bodybuilding and the longer i train/read the more i blieve that.
When you are over 40 everything just gets sooooo much harder.

Wow Strydom looks unbelievable, I am one of those people who have started really late in my life with regards to lifting, do you think this counts against someone?

Hmm, nope... It will help you get past your 'natural' genetic limiation' but it was allow you past your 'juice limitation', so yes you will pass natural barries but someone natural could be twice the size of you on gear..

hGH and IGF can help get pass this, but it will never give you the arms the size of a genetic freak whos arms just explode..

oh s#*@ well lets see how it goes and hope for the best. HGH is so expensive and personally think IGF is dangerous if you don't know what you're doing although I know that these are the combo for serious growth
