I had the flue injection today but my shoulder is sore now and i was suppose to gym shoulders tomorrow is it normal for it to be so tender after a IM injection.

Flu shots! Nice topic! What's ur guys view on this? I for one reckon its bullshit. However, i had it for a couple of years and then stopped. The year i stopped i got flu for 1st time in 3 years
