Sjoe! Every time I hear the name Dorian Yates, I think of that LOUD training partner he had in Blood & Guts - reminded me a bit of one drill instructor I had in the army :lol: And yes, I am old enough to have done diensplig

Those calves are insane! Def a hero of mine ol Dorian!

PS: he has the best form when training in the gym. Spesh when he is doing 180kgs incline bench, strict and perfect.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha
