hormone levels still affected was created by iMan
Hey guys

So I am currently stuck with my weight for a while now and struggling to pick up more size and not getting stronger. I do know about the nutrition changes I have to make so don't tell me it's that. Anyways I have used a dbol only cycle about 2 years ago while I was still not old enough to use stuff. I also used a Clen and Winstrol (light dose) cycle about 5 months later. My last thing I used was a pro-hormone and that was about a year ago. Remember I never took any PCT, is it possible that my hormone levels are still not recovered? Please don't post about how stupid I was, because I know I was.

Cheers

It shouldn't shut u down so badly that u have long term sides like this but taking some kessar on its own can try help u recover never the less...bud if you aren't putting on more size and getting stronger then something in your diet needs to be changed as well as your training technique...

imho, your not eating nearly enough, its a very clean diet but fats and overall calories are way too low

Way under eating, keep your carbs pre and post work out and for breakfast, other meals of the day should be protein fat and veg,not enough whole foods,u need to load the calories...go into the dieting section, read dieting 101 and then go from there...
