Heartburn & Indigestion

Hi guys

Firstly can sumone please explain to me what the difference is between heartburn and indigestion?

Secondly, I have what they call in afrikaans a "mantelvlies breek". Not sure if its a torn diaframe in english? Thing is this causes that I suffer daily (and at night) with either heartburn or indigestion I don't know. According to my GP I should avoid picking up heavy things etc. Obviously In our beloved sport that is an impossibility!

Any other advice from sumone maybe?

I've gone through a whole bottle of gaviscon in just under two weeks.

Its called a hiatal hernia,get him to prescribe 20mg omeprazole per day or you will need it surgically repaired which unless absolutely necessary is not the way to go. I have the same thing omeprazole is what my Dr recommended been working great and its cheap

How's the contest prep going?

Everyone says im looking great but I feel like shit. Tired,weak, moody like a dog on heat. The tren and Masteron adds to this.

Yeah knw that feeling when everyone raves how good u look etc but just not being happy urself.

I actually found some omeprazole that was prescribed to me previously!
