What is ur favorite cuts of steak? How do u like it cooked? Favorite seasoning etc?

Mine is a thick T-bone with a juicy marrow. Not too fat. Nice marbleing. Hot grilled and very rare. Braai salt is tops!

Every year I get flu and bronchitis very bad. This winter I have 1. Stopped smoking and 2. Hit vit c at 2000-3000mg per day. Vit c especially after gym. So far I am flu free. Touch wood....

I'm also a T bone guy. But it must be thick- you must be able to braai it on all sides- It "stands" on its own on the fat side as well as on the bone side. With a Castle Light on the side (Or 6)

Now THAT'S a T-bone I like! Simple, no fancy stuff. Just the necessary spiced to bring out the natural flavour of the beef.
