Hi All

New member here from cpt!!
Have been a "floater" member 4 a few month, meaning have been reading posts to get ideas of the type i questions i can ask. Coz i dont wanna be abroken receord lol

mostly wanna learn more on training and nutrition.
re juice etc, dont know that much about it, or taking it. And i have learnt if u dont know, go research or leave it be
