Hi what's the best product for liver support Essentiale, Liv 52 cant get it at the pharmacy. Or Milk thistle thnx.

And then I take a generic milk thistle and TMG.

TMG significantly increases SAMe production in the body, and is a lot cheaper than a SAMe supplement - about 1/10 of the cost. The proof is obviously in the pudding, as they say, and you've only got one liver.

From what I understand, the conversion rate differs from person to person, which is why I said the proof is in the pudding. The only way to determine how well it works for you is through blood tests, but then I would personally just go for SAMe rather than pay for the tests.

While I'm not on a cycle, I'm happy to use TMG rather than SAMe, but if I ever do a course that's heavy on the liver, I'll definitely go for SAMe, which I agree is the best natural liver support you can take.

Legalon is silymarin - milk thistle extract. It provides protection, but not regeneration.

I personally use Legalon before, during and through PCT and then I switch over to SAMe for a month after PCT and I must say. My liver tests come back with absolutely perfect scores!

I see SAMe comes in 400mg tablets but reccomended dosages varies between 1 and 8 tablets, how many tablets did you guys use while using SAMe during your cycle ?
