Hmmm, nothing since high school...
I just gym. Competed last year, and will compete again next year.

@deadgoat, yeah i get that... Everytime i go visit my mate at his rugby club the coach and manager come up to me and ask if i wanna play for them

i lived in russia for a year and everybody kept asking "you play sports?"

used to play rugga and cricket but only gym atm. enjoy the occasional golf game tho.

Gym gym gym, but dont compete. I used to play a lot of squash, but am not so sure if I should play as much again, stamina stuff on my legs will be bad for the gains, but I will see when I get the opportunity again.

My 2 current passions is a bit conflicting. I love cycling and i love to gym. Its a headache because the 2 does not go together. Would love to build a good physique but the added weight gain kills me on the bike. Im too competative to just cycle for fun but i also dont want to look like one of the pissy's in the gym............. :unsure:

Used to play rugby and cricket at school level. Now just touchies, sunday footy, golf and backyard cricket. Gonna take up boxing next year and see how far I can get with that.

Fixed my anterior cruciate ligament now although it is an old injury (10 years ago). But fixed it because I want to start competing in Strongman competitions.

In November I'm fixing my hernia. 6 weeks off for the hernia and 6 months off heavy lifting on the knee- so all comes together beginning February 2012! Hopefully will be able to compete middle 2013 :-)

Pumped-live in Jhb, but fish wherever I can. Have a Ski-boat so get to Moz a fair bit and fish out of Port Alfred a few times a year.Do a fair bit of fly fishing for trout too,how bout you?

I fish in E.L. gonubie point, fish river point, mazzeppa bay, hole in the wall. and a few other places around the East London area like Kwalega.

EL is my home town. I would rather not tell you where. Lets just say a river runs through that town and I was from the wrong side. Oh! fck it, Greenfields baby. Learned to box before I learned to walk.
