Hahaha yeah i checked him, i thought he was looking quite over weight around the mid section. But u know in france u can buy mooti over the counter and its legal for personal use. Its def illegal to use in sports though there. Yet u can buy it over the counter.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Yep i was told by a good friend that he normally pops over from England to buy GH at some of their pharmacies. Dunno howcome the rules are different there. Also in Kuwait u can buy proviron over the counter for under 100bucks.

No lets not deadlift as I need a double hip replacement haha

Frans regularly visits our rugby club when he's in town. Last time I saw him training with the locals. The dude had chicken legs. No bs. Huge upper body. Haven't seen him on telly, so maybe he got bigger.

When he was at the old scholars club braai, think end of last year, we asked him about his training and how he got that massive boot. He told us during high school he got up at 04h00 am each week day and did kicking drills till breakfast time at the hostel and then another hour or two after rugby practice. Obviously he is naturally gifted.
