Hi guys have anyone noticed when jay is training he is using short fast movements, not full range movements. It seems to work because he is bigger then ever. Which is the better way to train thnx.

Bodybuilding is a very weird sport what works for one might not work for the other and Jay has obviously found out what works for him because he's the best. Just atke Kevin Levrone for example he trained with ultra heavy weight and for a short peroid of time and a guy like Arnold spent lots of time in the gym doing intermediate weights. It differes from person to person.

You guys might think I'm crazy,but i know how to achieve greatness.

you should also remember that the bigger you get the more your range of motion is ipeaded by your size... Check jy? like the really big okes who can't use a teaspoon to eat as their biceps are too big! ;)
