Morning brothers in steel

I decided this morning to compete in a Bench press comp at our gym tonight. I didn't train for it, so I'm not even sure what I can bench. And I have been 3.5 months out of bench because of a small tear in the long head of my bicep tendon.

I used to bench from 60kg in my first set- 12 reps, sometimes 15 - 20, and upped my weight until I'm at 120kg in my 5th set for 5 or 6 reps.

Last week I stepped in after some good rest and warmed up with the 60kg and then went directly to 140kg, did 4 clean reps and two with help. worked my way down again over 5 sets.

The catch with tonight is you bench in your weight class, so with me being 135kg, I'm starting either at 137.5 or 147.5. You have three presses in total, and one rep per weight- so obviously I will start mine at 147.5. And maybe I'll try and end off at 175 or 180. That is very beasty for me as I only broke the 120 mark last week.

So my question- what can I do to up my power for tonight? I'm currently on the odd 30 days before pct and I'm using Proviron 40mg and Winstrol 30mg (2nd week now). Proviron will be upped to 60mg on the 2nd of September. That is all I have to my availability at this stage.
If I take another dose of say 20mg each around 15h, will it help or will I just damage myself? (THe comp starts at 18h)

And I guess I should up my carbs dramatically through the day?

And do you know what the powerlifters inject shortly before comps that give them that all time high power? Read it before but can't remember what they use.

Thanks buds

Please give me any advice you guys have to lead out to a power surge tonight!!

With such short notice the best thing you can do is touch up on your technique, with the right form you can add 5-10kg on your bench. Not sure if hitting up a high dose of d-bol an hour before you lift will help significantly

Sorry guys Apparently it is true, cause its happened to certain people already, so I’m not taking any chances !!

LoL as deadgoat said, make sure you form is 100%, you can't really train for this comp tonight so just give it horns and if you win, please say a personal thanks to AnabolicSteroids.co.za

Halotestin will assist, this would mostly be due to the increased aggression, but as DG mentioned not much else you can do proper form and technique would be the best option.

If all else fails... get to the venue early... with a substancial amount of free samples preworkout containing heavy doses of laxatives... hand them out generously...

If you cant beat them...poison them... :silly:

Good idea beast :-)

Morning brothers

A bit disappointing

Started out at 140kg for my first lift- first lift I lowered too slowly, could only get it a quarter up. Totally forgot my form, breathing etc. Couldn't sit on the bench before the push and imagine the press in my mind like I use to do, so felt a bit rushed too.

2nd try I was more relaxed, but lowered too high, almost on my throat- that press was my best and I pushed up halfway but still no press.

3rd attempt was on the chest again but my tris were blown, only quarter lift again.

I did however learned allot.

The guy who won the whole thing benched 175kg. Which is not that far in the future distance for me. I have not trained any benching the last 3.5 months due to injury- and never tried to go heavy- but I'm sure in 6 months I'll be able to press 180kg if I put some effort in to it. Also could not rely or takke the chance of pushing on my heels cause I had the anterior ligaments fixed 4 weeks ago on my right knee.

The laaitie who won is only 23, and would probably be able to press up till 190kg- he just handled the 175 so easy.

But when I called the local gear guru for a quick fix yesterday he told me there's nothing I could use that will work so quick - and he told me the laaitie who won has been visiting him for naps the last 2 weeks, so overall I don't feel too bad ;)

Thanks Pump

Realized that :-)
Did a beginners cyp en dbol just to see how it will react and as a test drive- but were not able to do much due to injury- but think that kept me just on track to stay with my gym partners- was very frustrating, felt like I could lift the world but not with a torn long head tendon of the bicep, plus had bursitis in my shoulders- and when the upper body healed I did the knee :-)

Now in the crossover before Pct..... but me hungry for victory!! :-D

Wont Test Suspension help for a quick fix? It sure boosted me within an Hour of injecting it. What about Tridennosin?

Makes me realize how string my training partner was in my youth. He was doing singles at 220Kg's(Weight only) but was only (+-) 1.68m tall and 20. Not using Olympic bars you can imagine how that bar bent! And that with no callipers because there wasn't any more space for them!
I told him he should enter cause he was already well over the record for under 21 but he just wasnt interested.

Morning brothers

Ok so our Gym decided to do another Bench comp, 1st of October. So I have four weeks to up my strength with some kind of gummy berry juice- any suggestions? My competition uses Anapolan for the comp, and they are both naturally strong so I have to up my game as well.

Please bear in mind that my PCT (Clomid, HCG & Nolvadex) starts on the 23rd of September. I did only a beginners Cyp (500mg) and dbol cycle, very mild and had no side effects, so not sure if I will mess up my PCT by taking something else or not. Not even sure if PCT is necessary really. I think my Test levels were so low, because I was overweight for 15 years,(and still is but getting to my goal rather quick) and I have sleep apnea which also plays a role on test levels, but using a machine now so can't complain anymore about my sleeping patterns.
I actually want to get on Test permanently- maintenance dose of maybe 150mg or 200mg a week and then just up it when I'm on Cycle- made me feel very relaxed and in control, stress levels were way down, had much more patience with my kids\, and my overall well-being was just amazing. And then just some HCG every now and then. I'm almost 35 so my test levels should be way down even without the weight and sleep issues.

Thanks Guys

I dont think going back on to something now would be ideal...
would be better to get a propper powerlifting training routine and really stick to it for the next 4 weeks... that way you can build a solid base and pick up some experience until your next cycle swings around...

go look at 5x5 training or west side barbell, i prefer 5x5 and westside is quite advanced.. Both good strength training programmes.. And speak to anyone you know in powerlifting maybe to get some good advice on benching form.
