Damn 10kgs is a lot, did you stop training. I remember last year I didn't train and had a shitty diet, 7kgs down the drain :(

Damn thats some rotten luck, why do you cycle so class to the fast? I'm still trying to figure out how to place my fututre cycles around Ramadaan and my mid-year and end of the year exams. Cycling before the fast there's a chance you could lose all your gains (diet and training is never 100%) meaning the cycle was pointless

see id run a 16/12 week, then run the last(some times 2nd last) month through the fast, which i use as a cutting phase. i also change my training method and technique. last year, i was doing a test e dbol cycle(dbol frontload), ran the test e from week 1 to a month after ramadaan. one week before the fast i added a very low dose of tren (50 mg eod), mostly for its anti catabolic effects. after the fast i was three-four kgs up and 2% BF down. i trained in the evening before bed( as u probably know, its the only time we get to), but instead of "tension training" (tension training is any type of training involving medium rep ranges (6-12 reps) and medium rest
periods (1.5-2 minutes or so between sets) with the heaviest weights that can be used within
those parameters) i changed to "pump training". Pump training stresses the sarcoplasmic/energetic elements of the muscle more so than the contractile elements because of the lighter loads and shorter rest periods used. It not only
depletes muscle glycogen significantly (due to the large number of sets, high reps, and short rest
periods) but also stresses the creatine phosphate stores. This results in supercompensation (storage above normal levels) when carbs, calories, creatine (and dietary fat) are made available again.
glycogen depletion also increases fat utilization by muscle, which also increaes how well your body uses fat as fuel.
remember the better your body can use fat for energy, the less protein break down there is.

for breakfast id include a variety of mixed proteins. same with supper except id have a whey protein shake immediately to help curb protein breakdown. i still kept protein high and carbs moderately low. drank as much water as i possibly could at night.

hope maybe that helps bro

That's a very interesting approach you take, mine is almost completely the opposite. If you're looking for a substance renowned for its anti-catabolic properties why not try BCAAs? Allegedly very effective and without the hectic sides associated with tren

I usually train very heavy, but when I'm cutting I make no exceptions. On a calorie deficit your body has a "use it or lose it" policy when it comes to muscle retention, so as long as I'm lifting heavy and giving my body reason to want to hold onto the muscle, it will. Unless you're in ketosis you can't be certain that your body is running on fat when you're depleted

The "pump" orientated workouts usually require a lot more energy and water, which is a bit of a no-no for me as I train in the mornings.

fortunately i dont experience any tren sides apart from an occasional cough after injecting to alil more agression, mostly in gym.

asfor ketosis, the only carbs i have are post workout.

oh and i do supplement BCAAs, but i have them at night before bed with a mixed protein shake.
