How will I know if Clen is working

Hi. Please help.
I've started on a cycle of Clenbutaplex and am concerned that it may not be working.
I'm on 60 mcg at day 6. Started off with 20 mcg on day 1, then 40 on day 2 & 3 and 60 on days 4, 5 and 6.
This is the first time i have tried any product like this. I have not had any side effects at all, infact i feel 100%. How would i know if the clen is working?

Increased temperature is the most reliable way. Problem is that you didn't take your temp before you started, so now you will have noting to compare it with. Usually you will take your temp in the morning when waking up and when clen is working there should be a 0.1-0.5C increase.

another sign that the clen is working is you will experience shakes in your hands as well as you will feel hotter.I am on 60mcg now and definitely feel a difference.Third sign to see if its working is the scale...

Unfortunately, no shakes in my hands and definitely not feeling hotter. The scale is no help either as it's actually showing a slight increase.

Shakes are not a reliable way, because many do not get them. The ONLY reliable way is a temperate increase.

Yes shakes are not a definite sign but most guys i have talked to has got them.But temp is the most prominent one.

Thanks for the feedback thus far. Just wanted to also mention that I am a female (shouldn’t that make me less tolerant to the clen?)
I’m at gym 5 days a week (1 hour sessions). 10 mins of moderate cardio a day followed by strength and core training. I alternate upper and lower body workout.
My diet is not too bad (not too great either).
Wholegrain cereal for breakfast,
Peanuts/almonds for morning snack
Grilled chicken/ minute steak/ chicken salad/ tuna salad for lunch
A fruit for afternoon snack
Pasta/ grilled fish/ chicken stir-fry/ grilled lamb chops/ veggies for dinner

The pasta at night is not such a great thing rather eat steak/chicken/mince.You can up you cardio maybe to 20min.5min 4.5km/h @ 12.5 degrees incline.Next 5min 4.5km/h @13 degrees.next 5min 5km/h @ 13.5degrees incline.next 5min 5km/h @ 15 degrees incline.This is the routine i do for my cardio only i do 25-30min.

at 60mcg u should be getting some trembling, even some cramps... thats how i know if clen is real,at 40mcg i cramp and shake like a leaf

did not know the clen can give you cramps...Have been getting cramps on a daily basis.

Yeah the craps can be pretty bad sometimes. Taurine seems to help a little.

Subs my honest opinion is you are using a very crappy Clenbuterol. Clenbutaplex is made by Axio labs, and is probably the cheapest clen around.

I have a lady friend who used LP's Clen, and she shaked like Elvis on 20mcg. You are definitely using an underdosed product imo, BUT do not try and up it too much now at once- another thing you upped your doses quite fast, usually takes about three days for one to tolerate each dose.

You can up your dose systematically until you reach a final daily dose of 120mcg. Don't ever exceed that.

And remember to drink 15ml(which is 3gm) of Adco Zetofen (S2) every night before bed- about R70 at Dischem otc.

And the best way is your temperature like Admin said. Normal condition and healthy temperature is 37. That may go up or down with about 0.6 degrees with hormonal changes like ovulation or menstruation.

I would say you know it is working if your temp is over 38, and off course, the ritteltits

Just started taking magnesium tablets, seems to help with the clen cramps as well.

Yep, I used those as well.

Magnesium helps and so does iron, but becareful with iron

So i don't know what to do now. My hubby says that it's packaged by someone here so it is real and that i should give it some time to work.
By the way, what is the Adco Zetofen for? (pls excuse my ignorance)

Before you yell it's fake, just note that Axio do not update their database that often and almost all Axio products in SA show fake, but that is not necessarily the case.

For some reason people think that LP's liquid Clen is inferior to tablets, but let me correct that. The reason LP makes Clen in liquid form is not because they don't have tablet press equipment (they do), but instead they chose liquid as it's a million times more accurate than any dry pill press can achieve. The only tablet presses that can make Clen tabs accurately are those that use wet excipients and those are extremely expensive and complicated to operate. Not sure what Axio use though...

Read the clen profile in the drug profiles section to know what the ketotifen is for.

Adco Zetofen or Adco Ketotifen, it is the same thing. But I know there is a shortage a our local Dischems, maybe confirmation of the rumor about being discontinued by Adcock like Admin posted.

Clenbuterol is a ß2 (Beta 2) agonist with stimulant and thermogenic effects. It causes an increase in aerobic capacity, central nervous system stimulation, and an increase in blood pressure and oxygen transportation. It increases the rate at which body fat is metabolized, simultaneously increasing the body's basal metabolic rate (BMR). In the past clenbuterol was cycled in on and off periods of about 2 weeks in an attempt to minimize receptor down-regulation. This is not necessary anymore, because drugs like ketotifen can now be taken in conjunction with clenbuterol. Ketotifen is an antihistamine used for asthma treatment in children. Ketotifen also up-regulates ß2 receptors making clenbuterol more effective and for longer periods. To have this up-regulatory effect it should be used at 3mg per day.

Zetofen made by Adco is a compound called ketotifen. It is sold as an anti-histamine but for our puposes it is used to up-regulate beta-2 receptors. This is beneficial to clen or ephedrine users as these compounds have an effect in down-regulating beta-receptors. Ketotifen (or Beatsleep) allows clen to be used for longer periods of time as it keeps these receptors "fresh".
(The reason why clen is recommended to be cycled '2 weeks on', '2 weeks off', is to allow beta-receptors to regenrate in the '2 week off' periods).
