Nutritional Values of foods was created by TSG
Hi guys

If a product doesn't have the nutritional values displayed on it, how do you measure your intake (protein/carbs)?

For example, I purchase my hake fillets from a store that sells it in 2kg bags, but I don't know how much of protein I'm taking in per fillet because the nutritional values are not on the bag.

Thanks
